Managing Transfer Usage

Each package that you offer to your end-users includes a transfer-usage allotment.  Transfer-usage refers to the amount of data that your end-users can transfer each month; this includes any files (e.g. movies, photos, documents) downloaded or viewed from their blog.

If your end-users exceed their transfer-usage limit, their blog will be disabled. To prevent a blog from being disabled due to a transfer-usage overage, you can enable a feature that will automatically upgrade your end-users transfer-usage allotment for any month that they exceed their transfer limit.  For more information on enabling this feature, see Allowing Automatic Upgrades for Transfer Usage.

In order to help you manage and prevent transfer-usage overages, Resellers will be notified by email when a blog reaches 80% of its transfer-usage allotment, and again when the transfer-usage allotment has been exceeded.  For more information, see Transfer Usage Notifications.
