If You've Forgotten Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can have it emailed to you. To retrieve your forgotten password, go to the Reseller Login Page at:

       http://www.blogware.com/resellers        

The lower portion of the Reseller Login Page contains the Forgot Your Password? section, shown below.

Enter your username into the Username text field and click the Send Password button. You will see the "Password Sent" message:

Blogware will automatically send you an email with your password to your administrative contact email address. The reminder email will come from reminder@blogware.com and have the subject line Password reminder for Blogware reseller. The message will have this format:

This is an automated message containing login information for

your reseller account at https://www.blogware.com/resellers/index.cgi.

Username: { your username will appear here }

Password: { your password will appear here }

To change your administrative contact email address, go to Reseller Settings page, which you access by clicking on the Settings tab of the Navigation Bar.
