Component Profiles |

Component profiles dictate the components and layout of the blog, and can be applied to a blog at the time of creation or assigned later.
To create a component profile:
| 1. | Click the Component Profiles tab, then click the Add component profile link. The Add Component Profile page opens. |
| 2. | In the Name field, enter the name for your profile. |
| 3. | From the Components section, click the checkboxes to choose the components to be included in the profile. |
| 4. | Click the Layout Components button at the bottom of the page. The Profile Layout page opens. |
| 5. | In the Column Layout section, select your layout style, e.g. Single Column, Two Columns, etc. |
| 6. | In the Component Layout section, drag components from the column categories to position components on the blog page. |
| 7. | Click the Save Layout button at the bottom of the page. The new profile is added to the list at the bottom of the Component Profiles page. |
To assign a component profile to an existing blog:
| 1. | Click the Blogs tab. The Blogs page opens. |
| 2. | From the Name column, click the name of the blog to which you want to assign the component profile. The Blog Settings page opens. |
| 3. | In the General Settings section, choose the component profile from the Component profile drop-down list. |
| 4. | Click the Save Settings button. |
To modify a profile: click the Component Profiles tab, then click the Edit link beside the profile.
