Allowing Automatic Upgrades for Transfer Usage |
|
The automatic transfer upgrade feature will prevent your end-users' blogs from being disabled if they exceed their transfer-usage allotment.
This feature will upgrade the blog's transfer-usage allotment for the month that the blog exceeds the limit. For subsequent months, the blog will be allocated the standard transfer-usage amount for their package (as long as the transfer-usage allocation is not exceeded). You will only be charged for the amount of overage used by your end-users, not for the maximum upgrade amount allowed.
Note: You will be billed for automatic upgrades to your end-users' blogs. We recommend that you update your contracts and communicate to your customers that exceeding their transfer-usage allotment will result in additional charges to their accounts.
You can allow automatic upgrades for all blogs in your Reseller profile, or for specific blogs.
Note: If you enable automatic upgrades for all blogs in your profile, only new blogs will be activated with this feature. Existing blogs will not be automatically upgraded unless you specifically activate this feature for that individual blog; see Allowing automatic upgrades for an individual blog.
