Re: Storage and hosting

Sam,
Couple of things - while I get what you're saying, I'm not sure that I buy the premise that users are inclined to scatter their services across a number of accounts vs. centralizing them. There may be some number that does, but this strikes me as being the exception, not the norm. I used to be the general manager for an ISP with over 150 SKU's in their product portfolio - the number of customers holding more than one account was incidental, not central, to our planning.
I think that if you dig a bit deeper into the feature set that you'll find that we've hit the sweet spot of what customers are looking for - save stats, which is on our roadmap for release shortly.
We don't see Blogware as a side-dish to what you are offering your customers - it is most definitely an appetizer (loss leader) or an entree. I'd love to talk further and walk you through some of the finer details that give you a direct line to revenue without the costs inherent in "do-it-yourself". Drop me a note and we'll set something up.
Thanks for the ideas,
-rwr
