The new "Address Book" tab / Giving someone "trusted reader" privileges

This article introduces the new "Address Book" tab in the Navigation Bar and covers adding "Trusted Readers" to your weblog. The new "Trusted Reader" feature is very useful if there are sections in your weblog that you'd like hidden from everyone except close friends, or if you're worried about what your mom might find in your blog.
